KYB/KAYABA Hydraulic Industry Co., Ltd. was founded in 1919 in Japan. The core working principle of KYB gear pumps is based on the volume change of gear meshing. When the driving gear drives the driven gear to rotate, the teeth between the gears form a sealed cavity with the inner wall of the pump body. Hydraulic oil enters the tooth groove from the suction port and is transported to the discharge port as the gear rotates, completing the pressurization process. The pump adopts a double bladed design with 2 impellers, the pump shaft is located on the pump side, the discharge diameter is 1/2 inch, and the suction diameter is 3/4 inch, ensuring smooth flow of hydraulic oil and reducing energy loss. Its rated pressure reaches 210BAR and rated displacement is 6CC/REV, which can meet the hydraulic system requirements of high pressure and low flow.
